Role: Host / Guest Relations Host.
Location: Club Mahindra Dwarka
Key Responsibilities
•Greet members and guests warmly, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs.
•Handle member inquiries, feedback, and special requests during their stay.
•Assist in organizing and coordinating resort events, cultural programs, and engagement activities.
•Coordinate with housekeeping and F&B; teams to fulfill guest preferences.
Requirements
•Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality.
•0–2 years of experience in guest relations or front office (resort background preferred).
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
•Proficiency in English, Hindi, and local languages.
