Role Description The B2B Europe Ops role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing day-to-day operations for Europe-focused travel products, including coordinating itineraries, bookings, and confirmations for holidays, hotels, transfers, rail services, and cruises. Responsibilities include handling partner queries, preparing quotations, ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining service quality and timelines.



The role also requires close collaboration with sales teams and suppliers, monitoring booking pipelines, resolving operational issues, and contributing to process improvements and partner satisfaction.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for pricing, itinerary comparison, and operational issue resolution.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess Sales capabilities to support B2B inquiries, upsell services, and maintain partner relationships.
