Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day plant operations, including LPG bottling, storage, and cylinder handling, to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards. This full time, on-site role in Kerala, India involves managing production schedules, coordinating with supply chain and logistics teams, and optimizing resource utilization to meet business targets. The Operations Manager will lead and mentor operational staff, implement process improvements,



and monitor key performance indicators related to efficiency, safety, and customer service. The role also includes collaborating with maintenance teams to minimize downtime, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures, supporting audits, statutory compliances and inspections. Additionally, the Operations Manager will contribute to strategic planning, risk management, and communication with senior leadership on operational performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong operations management and production planning skills, with experience in managing plant workflows and optimizing processes.
Candidates should have mechanical/chemical engineering background with experience preferably in the petroleum sector.
