Job Description - Head of Revenue Growth

Role Overview
Docterz Health-Tech Labs is looking for a Head of Revenue Growth to maximise revenue from the demand, customer base, and doctor networks already available to the company.
Unlike a conventional Sales Head role that primarily focuses on new customer acquisition, this role will own three key revenue engines:
Inbound Leads
Customer References & Referrals
Upselling & Cross-selling to Existing Customers

The person will operate almost like the owner of a revenue business within Docterz, with end-to-end responsibility for identifying, building, and scaling revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Inbound Revenue
Own and maximise all non-paid inbound opportunities, including:
Website enquiries
Organic enquiries
Direct enquiries
WhatsApp enquiries
Referral-generated enquiries
Other inbound sources
Improve the complete revenue funnel:




Enquiry → Qualification → Demo → Closure → Collection
Ensure high-intent inbound leads receive rapid, consistent, and high-quality follow-up to maximise conversion.
2. Existing Customer Revenue
Build a systematic revenue expansion engine across the existing Docterz customer base.
Identify and drive opportunities for:
Plan upgrades
Long-term subscriptions
Additional doctors/users
Additional clinic locations
WhatsApp products
Pharmacy
IPD
Patient engagement products
Recent modules and future products
Develop customer segmentation and targeted upselling campaigns rather than relying solely on ad-hoc selling.
3. References & Referrals
Build a structured and scalable doctor referral engine.
Identify promoters and highly engaged customers.
Generate doctor references systematically.
Design and execute referral programmes.
Track the complete Referral → Demo → Closure journey.
Develop mechanisms that make referrals a predictable and scalable acquisitio
