Role Description The Travel Desk Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Alaknanda. The position involves handling day-to-day travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, trains, hotels, and local transport in line with company policies and budgets. The role includes coordinating itineraries, managing travel-related documentation, and resolving any booking or scheduling issues. The Travel Desk Executive will liaise with travel vendors,



maintain accurate records of bookings and costs, and ensure timely communication with internal stakeholders. The role also requires responding to travel inquiries, providing guidance on travel options, and supporting compliance with organizational travel guidelines.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess skills in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management for end-to-end booking and coordination.
Candidates should possess skills in Travel Consulting to advise on routes, fares, and cost-effective options.
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with employees and vendors.
Proficiency in using travel booking tools, spreadsheets, and email systems.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
Prior experience in a corporate travel desk or travel agency environment is preferred.
