Role Description The Co-Founder (equity based) role is a part time, hybrid position based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves co-leading strategy and vision for the platform, identifying growth opportunities, and shaping the content and community roadmap. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating content initiatives,



supporting event planning and partnerships, engaging with community members, and overseeing key operational priorities. The Co-Founder will work closely with other core team members to drive brand visibility, build strategic collaborations, and manage limited budgets and resources effectively. This position is ideal for someone passionate about women’s empowerment and comfortable with an early-stage, impact-focused environment.
