Role Description The Human Resources Manager at Grando Solar Energy is a full-time, on-site role based in Godhra. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management,



employee engagement, and policy implementation. The Human Resources Manager will develop and maintain HR processes, ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards, and support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development. Daily activities include managing employee relations, resolving workplace issues, coordinating training and development initiatives, maintaining HR records and documentation, and supporting payroll and benefits administration in partnership with finance. The role also involves fostering a positive, inclusive work culture aligned with Grando Solar’s values and growth objectives.
