This is a 100% in-office role in Siliguri — not a field sales job. You will identify suitable leads online, connect with potential clients, present our IT/AI products and services, and nurture leads through structured follow-ups until conversion.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Key Skills & Experience
Strong Communication Skills
Strong Sales & Negotiation Skills
Good English Language Skills
Interest in building a career in Sales & Marketing
Ability to research and identify suitable leads through platforms such as LinkedIn and other online channels
Ability to understand client requirements and deliver effective product presentations & pitches
Experience in Sales, Business Development or IT Sales is preferred, but not mandatory
Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication, confidence and a genuine interest in Sales & Marketing




Preferred Educational Background
BCA, B.Tech, B.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) or other relevant technical/IT background is preferred.
Candidates from non-technical backgrounds may also be considered based on their communication and sales skills.
What You Will Do
Find and research potential B2B leads online
Identify suitable prospects for our IT & AI solutions
Connect with prospects and understand their business requirements
Present and pitch relevant products/services
Maintain lead follow-ups and nurture prospects
Negotiate with potential clients and support the conversion process
Work closely with the internal team to move qualified leads through the sales pipeline
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Salary will be determined based on skills, communication ability, experience and sales capability.
Freshers: Starting salary may be around ₹10,000+ depending on skills and performance.
