Business Development Manager (5 Plus years experience)

(Localization & Translation)

Location: Chennai The Business Development Managers are part of the Captioning, Transcription & Translation Service Delivery Teams. Join hands with outstanding colleagues to handle challenging projects spanning different languages and services. As a member of the Business Development team you will happen to drive sales from various clients using various methodologies including Inbound, Outbound, Cross Selling & Up selling across the United States.

Together with our Production and sales mates you will primarily drive translation & interpretation projects.

Managing end to end clients of Localization services

Monitoring all BD activities of sales team

Assisting sales team with client proposals and managing the test translation process.

Evaluating and maintain data integrity of client databases, records, templates, instructions, training materials, procedures and other related documents are also part of the job.

Continually develop creative ways to source recent clients

Maintain awareness of industry standards, practices, tools, and resources regarding the localization and propose revisions to company direction,



operation and policies accordingly

Determine project scope with clients

Manage Customer Interaction and Change Management

Develop relationships with partners to foster reliability and productivity

Planning the project by understanding the scope, determining the resource and developing the project schedule.

Requirements

Business Area Focus:

US healthcare RCM, US Media Localization services including Live Captioning, Video Editing, Translation. Remote Patient Monitoring and Healthcare IT are the new avenues we are stepping into.

Preferred Industry Experience:

- US healthcare, IT, Media and other BPO

- Min 2 to 3 yrs US and other International market focus B2B experience
- Good experience in US healthcare, IT, Media and other BPO/KPO segments.
- Should have extensive outreach campaign experience including Outbound, email, webinars and other Social media influencer marketing. Should have expertise in Account Based marketing using Hubspot or other marketing automation tools.
- Ability to work with the Digital marketing team to drive the lead generation is crucial.
