Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Meta Ads role based in the Pune Division. The individual will be responsible for planning, setting up, and managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, budget allocation, and bid strategies. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring campaign performance, analyzing key metrics, optimizing creatives and copy,



and implementing A/B tests to improve results. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align ad campaigns with brand messaging, landing pages, and overall marketing objectives. The individual will also prepare performance reports, provide insights and recommendations, and stay current with Meta Ads policies, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
Ability to plan, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns, including audience segmentation, budget management, and optimization for performance.
Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, track KPIs, create reports, and make data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements.
Experience collaborating with marketing or creative teams on ad copy, visual assets, and landing page alignment to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including paid social,
