Role Description The Plant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Palghar. The Plant Manager will oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.



Responsibilities include managing manufacturing workflows, supervising production teams, coordinating maintenance activities, and optimizing resource utilization. The role also involves production planning, monitoring operational performance, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
