Role Description
The Graduate Sales Trainee role at GridStar is a full time, on-site position based in Thrissur.



The trainee will support the Sales and Business Development team in promoting GridStar’s smart metering, AMI, and energy technology solutions.

Key responsibilities include lead generation, market research, customer follow-ups, understanding customer requirements, coordinating product demonstrations, and supporting technical and commercial proposals. The trainee will work closely with sales and technical teams and may participate in customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.

The role provides hands-on exposure to B2B sales, business development, smart metering, utility projects, and solution selling, with opportunities to grow into Sales or Business Development roles.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Science Engineering.
Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
