Role Description The Owner role at PASSIONMOJO PVT. LTD. is a full-time, on-site position based in Borivali, responsible for overseeing the overall vision, strategy, and growth of the business. Day-to-day tasks include defining business objectives, setting performance targets, and guiding the development of the PassionMojo talent pool and membership offerings. The Owner will manage key partnerships with digital marketing agencies, supervise recruitment and talent operations, and ensure high-quality member experiences across resume services, training, and assessments. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, monitoring financial performance, and making data-driven decisions to improve services and expand market reach. The Owner will also represent the company in external meetings, industry events, and networking forums to strengthen brand visibility and partnerships.
Qualifications
Robust leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding cross-functional teams and setting strategic direction.
Background in business development,



client relationship management, or partnership management, ideally within recruitment, HR, or digital marketing services.
Solid understanding of digital marketing roles, skills, and career paths, with the ability to design relevant programs and assessments.
Proficiency in operational management, including process improvement, performance tracking, and quality assurance.
Financial acumen, including budgeting, revenue planning, and basic P&L; oversight.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to represent the company to external stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset, problem-solving ability, and comfort with making decisions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications or prior founder/owner experience are an advantage.
