Role Description The Assistant Manager role at TECH ENVIRO is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves coordinating daily operations related to water and wastewater treatment projects, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities. The Assistant Manager will support senior management with reporting, documentation, and compliance tracking, and will liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.



Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising site activities, supporting operation and maintenance teams, assisting in resource allocation, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role also requires maintaining safety standards, supporting technical evaluations, and helping address operational issues promptly.
Qualifications

Strong project coordination and operations management skills, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes and equipment (e.g., STP, ETP, RO, MBBR, MBR) or a willingness to learn quickly.
