Role Description The Social Media Manager at Little Pea will oversee daily social media activities, including planning, creating, and publishing content across multiple platforms. This contract, on-site role based in Delhi, India involves managing brand pages, engaging with the online community, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends relevant to parenting and baby products. The role includes optimizing social media performance through SMO techniques, tracking analytics, and preparing regular reports on reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.



The Social Media Manager will collaborate with marketing and creative teams to align social content with brand objectives, support product launches, and maintain a consistent, inclusive brand voice.
Qualifications
