Role Description The Executive Chef is a full time, on-site role based at Hotel Rio in Siliguri. This role is responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, presentation, and quality control. The Executive Chef leads and trains kitchen staff, manages inventory and ordering, and ensures adherence to food safety and hygiene standards. The role involves creating seasonal and specialty menus that align with the hotel’s positioning and guest preferences,
