Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Associate to drive lead conversion and support
marketing initiatives for ALFO Flooring kits, WOTS products, and Step-free.
This is a 60% sales / 40% marketing role that is heavily customer-facing. You will own outbound
outreach, product consultations, and relationship building with US-based clients while also contributing




to marketing activities that improve campaign performance and customer acquisition. A key
responsibility will be supporting the ongoing implementation and management of Odoo CRM (currently
in progress).
Key Responsibilities
Sales
• Contact and qualify leads generated from digital campaigns and website inquiries.
• Conduct needs-based product consultations (aligned with US Eastern Time) and guide
prospects through the buying journey.
• Address objections, build trust, and convert leads into sales of ALFO Flooring kits, WOTS
components, and Step-free products.
• Follow up systematically to maximize conversion rates and nurture long-term customer
relationships.
• Coordinate cross-selling of accessories through Amazon, Walmart, and DIY channels in
partnership with the marketing team.
Marketing
• Create and refine content (written, visual, and short-form video) for technical products across
web, marketplace, and social platforms.
