Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Manager – Technical Manufacturing (Fully Built Containers) located in Coimbatore North. The Sr. Manager will oversee technical support and efficient management of manufacturing operations, supervise the development and implementation of processes, lead Research and Development (R&D;) initiatives, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. The role requires managing a team, coordinating cross-functional projects, and delivering solutions to improve productivity and product quality.




Qualifications
Strong Analytical and Technical Support skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges effectively.
Proven experience in Team Management, fostering collaboration, and guiding team members to achieve operational goals.
Competence in leading Research and Development (R&D;) projects, ensuring innovation and continuous improvement.
Expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and overseeing deliverables within deadlines.
Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in manufacturing technologies and tools.
Relevant experience in the manufacturing and engineering industry; familiarity with fully built container production is advantageous.
