Role Description The Regional Sales Manager North for the Home Textile/Linen Vertical is a full-time on-site role based in Delhi, India.



This role is responsible for driving sales growth and market penetration across North India for Welspun’s home textile and linen portfolio, including planning and executing regional sales strategies. Day-to-day activities include managing key accounts and channel partners, identifying new business opportunities, monitoring sales performance, and ensuring achievement of revenue and margin targets. The role involves leading and mentoring a regional sales team, coordinating with marketing and product teams for promotions and launches, and conducting regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging trends. The Regional Sales Manager will also prepare periodic sales forecasts and reports, manage pricing and negotiations, and ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
