TenForce is an expert in EHSQ and Operational Risk Management software, based in Belgium and part of Elisa IndustrIQ, helping global enterprises achieve intelligent manufacturing.

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (WFO)
Experience: 4+ years
Able to join within 15 days (Immediate joiners preferred)

Your mission as QA Engineer
Perform web & mobile testing across functional, regression, integration, usability, and compatibility scenarios.
Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases, test plans, and test scenarios based on business requirements.
Conduct exploratory testing to identify edge cases, usability gaps, and unexpected issues.
Validate end-to-end user journeys to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Identify, log, and track defects with proper analysis and collaborate with teams for resolution.
Participate in requirement discussions, sprint planning, and release validation activities.




Take ownership of testing activities and quality sign-off for releases.

The QA Engineer we are looking for has the following characteristics
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience in software testing.
Strong experience in manual testing and exploratory testing techniques.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, confident, and a quick thinker.
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
