Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive (BDE) role based in Noida. The BDE is responsible for identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, reaching out to potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting MY NONU’s services and value propositions. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining and updating client databases, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding,



and tracking sales performance against targets. The role also involves nurturing long-term relationships, gathering market insights, and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.
Qualifications

Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online branding concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction, presentations, and negotiations.
Ability to work with CRM or sales tracking tools, maintain accurate records, and analyze basic sales data.
Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in business development, IT services, or digital marketing agencies is an advantage.
