Manager – HR & People Operations
Internal HR Generalist + Fractional HR Consulting

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Manager - HR & People Operations to own end-to-end people operations across ideazmeet while also supporting fractional HR engagements for select consulting clients.
This is a broad HR Generalist role spanning recruitment, employee relations, engagement, HR operations, payroll, leave and attendance, documentation, compliance and performance support. The person should be comfortable operating independently, building practical processes and working closely with founders, managers, employees and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Own end-to-end recruitment across business, technology, sourcing, consulting and support functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define manpower requirements, job descriptions and candidate profiles.
- Manage sourcing & Screen of candidates, coordinate interviews, manage communication and drive offer closures.
- Support compensation benchmarking, salary discussions and pre-joining engagement.
2. Employee Lifecycle & HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding and confirmation through increments, promotions, transfers and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, HR trackers and periodic MIS.
- Run structured onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
3. Employee Relations
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employee queries, concerns and workplace matters.
- Build strong relationships with employees and managers across the organization.
- Address employee grievances fairly, confidentially and in a timely manner.
- Support managers with performance, behavioural and employee-related matters.
- Help foster a professional, transparent and collaborative work environment.
