Job Description

The System Offices is one of several system members within the Texas A&M; University System representing one of the largest systems of higher education in the nation, with a network of 12 universities, a comprehensive health science center, nine state agencies, and the RELLIS Campus. Salary

$4,180.17 - $6,666.66 per month commensurate with experience.

Job Description Summary

The New Ventures Assistant Manager, under direction, assists with the development and growth of startup companies to commercialize intellectual properties (IP) owned or developed by The Texas A&M; University System (A&M; System), interfacing with key internal and external stakeholders to advance new venture creation and related commercialization activities.

Responsibilities

Support the proactive identification of emerging technologies for suitability of commercialization through a startup company, in collaboration with Texas A&M; Innovation staff and programs as well as through direct outreach to Texas A&M; System faculty and research teams.
