Role Description The Sales Engineer role is a full time position based in Pune. The Sales Engineer will work closely with industrial clients to understand their noise control requirements, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and present suitable solutions from ARK’s product portfolio.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Sales Engineering skills, including interpreting technical specifications, solution-based selling, and coordinating with engineering teams.
Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to manage leads, negotiate contracts, and maintain positive client relationships.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain technical concepts clearly, prepare documentation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to assist customers with product selection, installation queries, and basic troubleshooting
