Role Description This is a full time, on-site Associate role based in Delhi, India. The Associate will assist in drafting, reviewing, and vetting legal documents, including petitions, contracts, agreements,



and legal opinions across corporate, commercial, property, POSH, and litigation matters. The role involves conducting legal research, preparing case notes, compiling briefs, and supporting senior counsel in hearings before courts and tribunals. The Associate will manage case files, coordinate with clients for information and documentation, and help ensure timelines are met for filings and submissions. The position also includes supporting compliance work, attending client meetings, and contributing to the firm’s knowledge repository and internal processes.
Qualifications

Strong legal research, analytical reasoning, and drafting skills for opinions, petitions, and contracts.
Knowledge of corporate and commercial law, property and real estate (including RERA), and tribunal procedures.
Experience or interest in civil and criminal litigation, POSH compliance, and service matters before tribunals.
