Role Description The Site Engineer role at A.P. CONSTRUCTION LIMITED is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and workers, and ensure work is executed according to structural drawings and specifications. Responsibilities include monitoring quality control on site, verifying materials and workmanship, conducting site inspections, and supporting adherence to safety and regulatory standards.



The role also involves maintaining clear communication with project managers and stakeholders, preparing reports and documentation, and assisting in resolving technical and operational issues as they arise.
Qualifications

Ability to work effectively on site, including coordinating day-to-day construction activities and supporting field operations (On Site).
Robust interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders (Communication).
Experience in implementing and monitoring quality standards for materials and workmanship, with a focus on compliance and safety (Quality Control).
Knowledge of structural engineering principles, including reading and interpreting structural drawings and specifications (Structural Engineering).
Background in civil engineering, with experience working alongside civil engineers on construction projects (Civil Engineers).
Bachelor’s degree
