Role Description The Sales Manager – Direct Channel at Kolkata will be responsible for driving life insurance sales through the direct channel and achieving monthly and annual business targets. This is a full-time, in office role based at the Kolkata location. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and growing a portfolio of customers, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, explaining product features and benefits, and helping customers choose suitable life insurance solutions. The role involves monitoring sales performance metrics, forecasting business, and implementing sales strategies aligned with company goals. The Sales Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements, maintain high service standards, and prepare regular reports and updates for leadership.
