Requirements:

1-4 years of experience in a creative agency.
Strong client communication skills with the ability to manage conversations across all our platforms.
Ability to understand client requirements, translate them into clear briefs, and ensure accurate execution by internal teams.
Experience in planning and managing content calendars, coordinating feedback, and ensuring timely approvals and delivery.
Proficiency in social media management.
Strong coordination skills to work cross-functionally with internal teams and ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
Experience in documentation and project tracking, including maintaining trackers, approvals, and status updates.
Ability to prepare structured plans for campaigns or shoots.
Analytical approach to performance tracking, with the ability to derive insights and suggest improvements.
