Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, including planning schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring output to meet quality and delivery targets. The Production Manager coordinates with cutting, stitching, finishing,



and packing teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety and compliance standards. The role involves tracking production metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce wastage. The Production Manager also collaborates with procurement, quality control, and logistics to ensure materials availability, product quality, and on-time shipment.
