We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Coimbatore.
Key Requirement:
Robust hands-on knowledge of Performance Management System (PMS), KRA & KPI is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and strengthen the PMS framework
• Develop and monitor KRA & KPI across departments
• Drive goal-setting, performance reviews & appraisals
• Track employee performance and prepare performance reports
• Support managers in performance evaluation and improvement plans
• Handle HR operations, employee engagement and HR policies
• Align HR practices with business goals
Candidate Profile:
MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification
Relevant experience in HR Manager/HR Generalist roles
Strong knowledge of PMS, KRA & KPI
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
