Role Description The Facade Estimator / Commercial Assistant is a full-time, in office role based in the Pune Division.



This role is responsible for preparing detailed facade and roofing quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and budget proposals for commercial construction projects. The position involves reviewing architectural and structural drawings, coordinating with project managers and external stakeholders, and supporting tender submissions with accurate pricing and documentation. The role also includes assisting with commercial administration tasks such as tracking project budgets, maintaining records, and preparing reports and schedules. Daily responsibilities require close collaboration with engineering, drafting, and management teams to ensure timely, precise estimating support aligned with client requirements and company standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Construction Estimating skills, including quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, and BOQ preparation for facades and related building elements.
