We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and identify new business opportunities for interior design and contracting projects.
- Handle incoming enquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Contact potential clients and understand their interior requirements, preferences, budget, and project timelines.
- Qualify leads and schedule client meetings, online meetings, and site visits.
- Present Casatale Interiors' services, portfolio, design process, and company strengths professionally.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with the design, estimation, project, and management teams for client requirements.
- Assist clients through the initial sales process from enquiry to quotation and project confirmation.
- Follow up on quotations and work towards converting qualified leads into confirmed projects.
- Maintain accurate lead and client information in the company's CRM system.
- Update lead stages, follow-up activities, meeting details, and sales status regularly.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
- Develop referral opportunities and maintain relationships with architects, builders,



real estate professionals, and other potential business partners.
- Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.
- Ensure professional communication and a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.
- Confident in making outbound calls and following up with potential clients.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple internal teams.
- Malayalam and English communication skills are preferred.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Interior Design, Construction, Real Estate, Furniture, or related industries will be preferred.
