Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our IT company. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to company growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Find potential clients through various channels.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline.
- Prepare proposals and coordinate with internal teams.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Maintain records of leads, prospects, and client interactions.

Requirements




- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
- Positive understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
