Job Overview

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Cashier. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and assisting customers with their needs while maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products, prices, and services.
Process cash, card, and other approved payment transactions accurately.
Operate the cash register/POS system.
Issue receipts, invoices, refunds, and exchanges in accordance with company procedures.
Balance the cash drawer and report any discrepancies.
Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally.
Maintain accurate transaction and customer records.
Assist with inventory checks and other daily operational activities.
Maintain a clean and organized customer service/cashier area.




Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, retail, or a related field is an asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong numerical and organizational abilities.
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills; experience with POS systems is an advantage.
Ability to handle cash responsibly.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be reliable, punctual, professional, and customer-focused.
