Role Description The Business Development Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cuttack. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective and existing clients, and supporting the end-to-end sales cycle. The associate collaborates with internal technical teams to understand service offerings, prepares proposals and presentations, and follows up on leads across channels such as email, phone, and social media.

Daily activities include market research, maintaining a structured sales pipeline, updating CRM or sales tracking tools,



and reporting on performance metrics to support strategic decision-making. The role also requires representing the company in client meetings, local events, and professional networks to strengthen Trimurya’s presence in the region.
