Project Role Description: Assists in documenting the integration strategy endpoints and data flows. Is familiar with the entire project life-cycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and operations to ensure successful integration. Under the guidance of the Architect, ensure the integration strategy meets business goals.

Summary As a Business and Integration Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting the documentation of integration strategy endpoints and mapping data flows to ensure seamless connectivity across systems. The role requires active participation throughout the project life-cycle, from analyzing requirements to overseeing coding, testing, deployment, and operational phases. Working closely with the Architect, the practitioner ensures that integration efforts align with overarching business objectives, facilitating smooth collaboration among various teams and contributing to the overall success of integration initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and clarify integration requirements.
- Monitor integration processes to identify and resolve potential issues proactively.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Personal Insurance.
- Robust understanding of integration methodologies and data flow management.
- Experience with project life-cycle activities including requirements analysis, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve integration goals.
- Familiarity with business process alignment and ensuring integration strategies meet business objectives.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Personal Insurance.
- This position is based at our HDC5A - SEZ office.
