Role Description The Business Analyst role at TeroTAM is a full-time, in office position based in Ahmedabad. The person in this role will gather and analyze business requirements from internal stakeholders and clients, translating them into clear specifications for product and technical teams.

Day-to-day tasks include mapping and improving business processes, preparing documentation, creating reports, and supporting solution design to enhance the maintenance and asset management workflows enabled by TeroTAM’s platform. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, participating in meetings and demos, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making and product enhancements.



This position requires close collaboration with operations, development, and customer-facing teams to ensure that solutions align with business needs and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Business Analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Experience with Business Process understanding and improvement, including process mapping and workflow optimization.
- Capability to define and manage Business Requirements, translating them into clear specifications for technical teams.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with diverse stakeholders and present findings clearly.
- Familiarity with software or SaaS products, preferably in maintenance, asset management, or industrial domains.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications in business analysis are an advantage.
