:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst - T24 Access Control & Parameterization with strong hands-on experience in Temenos T24/Temenos Transact configuration, security parameterization, access control and core banking transformation programs.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, implementation partners, infrastructure teams and migration teams to manage T24 access controls, parameterization, testing and environment governance.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Gathering & ACM Ownership :

- Configure security parameters, user profiles and operational boundaries within Temenos T24.
- Perform parameterization of core tables, products, parameters, rules, restrictions and controls in Temenos Transact based on functional requirements and implementation-partner guidance.
- Own and maintain configuration workbooks with strict version control across environments.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure synchronization of parameters and configurations across environments.
- Support governance of release and deployment of parameterization packages.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate T24 configuration and parameterization solutions.

Testing, Migration & Production Support :

- Develop detailed SIT and UAT test cases covering access control and parameterization requirements.
- Support SIT/UAT execution and validate configured parameters, security controls and user access.




- Work with the data migration team to map and migrate legacy user profiles and access configurations to the target system.
- Analyze and triage access-control and parameter-related defects identified during testing.
- Define immediate remediation actions and coordinate with technical/functional teams for resolution.
- Support defect tracking, issue resolution and post-deployment validation.
- Provide functional support during implementation, migration and go-live activities.

Required Experience &

Skills :

- 7 - 10 years of overall experience in large-scale Temenos core banking transformation / modernization programs.
- 7 - 10 years of hands-on Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact configuration and parameterization experience.
- Solid experience working as a client-facing Business Analyst / Functional SME.
- Hands-on understanding of T24 security, access control, user profiles and operational boundaries.
- Strong experience in T24 parameterization, core tables, products, rules, restrictions and controls.
- Experience with configuration workbooks, parameter management and version control.
- Experience in SIT, UAT, defect analysis and production support.
- Understanding of data migration and legacy-to-T24 user profile/access mapping.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work with business users, technical teams, infrastructure teams and implementation partners.
