About The Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Business Analyst (Agile/Scrum) to join our dynamic team at JRD Systems. This role is pivotal in leading the successful delivery of complex technology projects by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, business analysis, and Agile methodologies, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, meet business requirements, and are delivered on time and within scope. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the digital transformation initiatives of our clients.

Qualifications The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management and business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering technical projects. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.

Professional certifications such as PMP, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP, CBAP, or PRINCE2 are highly desirable. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP,



as well as experience with DevOps practices and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau, will be advantageous. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and the ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, risk assessments, issue resolution, dependencies, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Development, QA, DevOps, Product Owners, and Business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress regularly and ensure adherence to established governance standards and best practices.
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports, dashboards, and updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Manage project change requests, conduct impact analysis, and secure necessary approvals to minimize disruptions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements using BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process mapping sessions to elicit and refine requirements.
- Perform impact analysis, ensure requirement traceability, and support the validation of solutions through UAT and other testing phases.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews,



and Retrospectives to promote continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and refine product backlogs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Track sprint progress, identify impediments, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive leadership, ensuring clear communication and expectations management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration across global teams.
