Drive & Deliver : Command and achieve branch sales targets for retail liability products (CASA, Fixed Deposits, etc.).
Lead from the Front : Motivate, mentor, and manage a high-performing branch sales team.
Expand Horizons : Acquire new customers and deepen relationships within the local market.
Deliver Excellence : Ensure consistent,

What We Are Looking For :
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of core sales experience strictly in Retail Liabilities Branch Banking.
Expertise : Deep knowledge of Retail Liability products and local market dynamics.
Leadership : Prior experience in leading and mentoring a sales team is highly advantageous.
Skills : Stellar relationship management and communication skills.
