Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Branch Head to manage branch operations, drive business growth, lead the team, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall branch operations and day-to-day activities.
- Drive branch sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch team.
- Develop recent business opportunities and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Monitor team performance and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Handle key customers and resolve escalations effectively.
- Prepare and share regular business and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in branch management, sales, or business development.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with strong business acumen.
- Candidates with experience in BFSI / Retail / Financial Services / Consumer Products will be preferred.

Pay: ₹14,542.79 - ₹40,691.18 per month
