Assistant Manager – BOP Execution – Retail (Genset)

Function: Regional Retail

Locations: Noida / Kolkata / Hyderabad

Experience: 8–12 Years

CTC: Up to INR 10 LPA

Role Purpose

Responsible for end-to-end execution and coordination of BOP activities for retail DG projects, ensuring timely installation, quality compliance, cost control, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage execution of BOP activities for DG/Genset projects across the region.
- Coordinate with Sales, SCM, Service, Vendors, and Customers for seamless project execution.
- Monitor installation progress, commissioning timelines, and site readiness.
- Ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety standards,



and project quality.
- Handle contractor/vendor coordination, billing verification, and project closure documentation.
- Drive timely project completion and customer satisfaction.

Work Experience

- Diploma/B. Tech in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 8–12 years of experience in DG/Genset, EPC, Electrical, or Industrial Project Execution.
- Solid understanding of BOP execution, site management, and vendor coordination.
- Good communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
