We are looking for a proactive and technically strong BMS Project Engineer who can join immediately and contribute to project execution, commissioning, and client coordination.

- Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹55,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Key Responsibilities

- Execute BMS projects from site survey, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning to client handover.

- Supervise BMS field device installation, controller panels, sensors, actuators, DDC/PLC panels and control systems.

- Perform BMS programming, point mapping, graphics development and system integration as per project requirements.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors and internal teams for smooth project execution.

- Prepare and review BOQs, technical submittals, shop drawings, point schedules, I/O lists, testing reports and as-built documentation.

- Monitor project progress, manpower, materials and site activities to ensure timely completion.

- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications, quality and safety requirements.

- Troubleshoot BMS communication, controller, field device,



networking and integration-related issues.

- Carry out testing, commissioning and functional verification of BMS systems.

- Coordinate BMS integration with HVAC, Fire Alarm, Electrical, Energy Metering and other building services wherever applicable.

- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain project documentation.

- Support project planning, resource mobilization and client handover activities.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Instrumentation, Automation, or related engineering discipline.

- 2–5 years of hands-on BMS project execution experience.

- Good knowledge of BMS architecture, controllers, DDC, sensors, actuators and field devices.

- Experience with BMS platforms such as Niagara/Tridium, Johnson Controls, Siemens Desigo or equivalent.

- Knowledge of BMS programming, graphics, point mapping and commissioning.

- Valuable understanding of HVAC controls and building automation.

- Working knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN and BMS communication protocols.

- Knowledge of protocols such as BACnet, Modbus and related BMS communication systems will be preferred.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Experience in BOQ, site execution, testing, troubleshooting and commissioning.

- Strong client coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with hands-on BMS project execution and commissioning experience.

- Candidates who can independently handle site activities and coordinate with project stakeholders.

- Immediate Joiners will be given preference.
