Role & responsibilities :-

1- Having Experience in the Fuel Tank Division in production departments

2-Having Knowledge of QMS documents (ISO/IATF Audit & documentation) and Experienced to work under IATF system understanding the role & responsibility to a work accordingly with system

3- Having Knowledge of TPM

4-Having Knowledge of Dojo & Training documentation

5-Must knowledge of troubleshooting & countermeasure

6-Drive initiatives for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency improvements to enhance overall production performance

7-Generate production reports, performance metrics, and documentation as required by dept. Head. This involves maintaining accurate records of production activities, inventory levels, and quality control measures

8-Team Leadership to Lead and motivate production teams to achieve production

9 Must Knowledge of BLOW MOLDING PRODUCTION

10-Allocate resources effectively, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime

11-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a protected working environment for all employees
