Job Role:

- Create and update MEP models (HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical) in Autodesk Revit.

- Generate coordinated shop drawings.

- Follow project standards and UAE authority regulations (DM, DEWA, DCD, etc.).

- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve clashes and meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical /Electrical / Building Services.

- Experience: More than 2 years of experience. Those who have experience in UAE projects will b an added advantage. Also those who have experience in LOD 400 and 500 will also be an advantage.

- Software: Revit MEP (must), AutoCAD.

- Skills: Attention to detail, teamwork, willingness to learn.

- Bonus: Knowledge of Navisworks, Dubai authority standards.
