Role Description The BIM Architect will work on a contract basis, supporting architectural and construction projects through detailed Building Information Modeling. This hybrid role is based in Dwarka, with flexibility for partial work from home as project needs allow. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and managing BIM models, preparing architectural and construction drawings, and coordinating documentation such as submittals and specifications.

The BIM Architect will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design accuracy, code compliance,



and alignment with client requirements. The role also involves updating models with design changes, resolving coordination issues, and contributing to design reviews and technical documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Drawings to support design development and detailing.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including model creation, coordination, and documentation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Construction Drawings and Submittals to produce clear, buildable documentation and project submissions.
- Proficiency in relevant BIM and CAD software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field, with prior experience in BIM-focused roles preferred.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Dwarka, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
