Billing Executive (TPA Coordinator)

Qualification:

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for managing daily operations of the department.
- Assists Billing HOD in assessing accuracy of the various reports and implementation of the policies and protocols.
- Undertakes bill preparation and audits the patient bill record before generation of final bill.
- Attends queries from various internal and external service departments.
- Prepares daily MIS and outstanding report.
- Attend to the customers that may have any query regarding pre and post bill generation.
- Ensures that the patients have minimum outstanding by follow-ups/feedback.
- Cashless Managing and communicate with relevant company.
