Position Overview:

We are seeking a Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage billing operations, including invoicing, GRN verification, ASN creation, E-way bill generation, and E-invoicing. With a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, the Billing Executive will ensure smooth and effective financial processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate in BA or B.Com.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in billing or related roles.
- Proficiency in billing software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong understanding of E-way bills and E-invoicing processes.




- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage invoices for products and services.
- Verify Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for accuracy.
- Create Advance Shipment Notices (ASNs) for dispatch tracking.
- Prepare and issue E-way bills in compliance with regulations.
- Execute E-invoicing as per government guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing processes.
- Maintain and update billing records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial and taxation regulations.

Working Hours:

- Mon-Sat: 9am to 7pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
