Objective of the Role:

We are seeking a Billing & Estimation Engineer to manage quantity estimation, project billing, measurement, cost tracking, and commercial documentation for construction projects.

Role & Responsibilties:

- Prepare detailed estimates, BOQs, rate analysis, and cost projections.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify quantities and scope of work.
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Identify variations, additional works, and changes in project scope.
- Prepare client running account bills (RA Bills) based on actual site measurements.
- Verify contractor and subcontractor bills against work completed at site.
- Prepare measurement sheets, abstracts, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers for accurate measurement and verification of completed work.
- Prepare bills for civil, structural, finishing, and other construction activities as applicable.
- Track approved quantities, billed quantities, and balance quantities.
- Monitor project quantities and costs against the approved BOQ/budget.
- Prepare variation statements and extra-item claims.




- Track material consumption and identify quantity/cost deviations.
- Assist in maintaining project cost reports and monthly commercial reports.
- Review subcontractor work orders, bills, and payment documentation.
- Maintain records of approved rates, quantities, variations, and payments.
- Maintain BOQs, rate analysis, measurement books, billing records, and supporting documents.
- Prepare monthly billing and cost reports for management review.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, work orders, and contract documents.
- Assist with reconciliation of quantities and materials.
- Ensure billing documentation complies with project and company requirements.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.
- Working knowledge of BOQ preparation, rate analysis, estimation, and billing.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
