JobType: full-time You'll own backend systems end to end, with no layer of process between you and what ships.

Requirements What you'll do - Build and own backend services powering personalised daily guidance for 1M+ MAUs (moving to 10M+ in under 6 months)

- Ship AI/ML features into production: voice agents, chat systems, recommendation and memory engines
- Design systems that hold up under real user load Must have - Strong Python and Node.js
- Production AI/ML experience
- Track record of automating key workflows and owning systems solo Big plus - Founding engineer at a fast-growing startup
- Built and shipped with limited guidance, ran your own stack
- Workflow automation experience (n8n or similar) You'll fit if
